SLA First – Solution Later

How establishing a Service Level Agreement (SLA) can save a lot of work, money and your job. This session explains what a SLA is, what needs to be in it and how once it is established you can start designing your solution. The main focus is on how to explain in “management” language what to expect if something goes wrong and give an overview of the not so common failures you should be prepared for.
