Taming a Busy SQL Agent

- Getting a Handle on those Pesky Jobs - What to do when you have a SQL Agent with many jobs executing and other jobs about to execute, and you need to bring the server down for some reason. - Write code to record the present state (active or disabled) of every job, make all disabled so no more jobs can start, and then reestablish the job state after the reboot.
