Stretch Database

Stretch database is a new capability introduced in SQL Server 2016 that allows users to stretch existing tables to Azure with little or no change to existing applications. Apart from the obvious TCO benefits, StretchDB can also alleviate common business and DBA concerns around performance, maintenance and backup/restore for disaster recovery. Find out how Stretch Database can allow you to keep as much data as they want online at with low TCO and management overhead and how you can quickly discover, learn and experiment with Stretch Database. Presented by George Li
